The Time Has Come: This Year's Grammy Predictions Are Officially In

Tonight is the night, my friends. If you're not a music fanatic, you may not even know that the Grammy Awards are taking place in T-six hours. But if you're anything like me, you know that tonight is arguably the biggest event of the year. And for all "big" events, predictions are an absolute necessity.

Here are my predictions for this year's Grammy winners.

Best Album Of The Year

Sound & Color by Alabama Shakes To Pimp A Butterfly Traveller by Chris Stapleton 1989 by Taylor Swift Beauty Behind The Madness by The Weeknd

Ugh, obviously 1989 is going to win. Fantastic album, but Sound & Color by Alabama Shakes is simply better. My opinion is beyond bias considering I saw Alabama Shakes this past summer with two of my favorite people. All three of us fell in love, though.

Song Of The Year

Alright by Kendrick Lamar Blank Space by Taylor Swift Girl Crush by Little Big Town See You Again by Wiz Khalifa Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran

Honestly, fuck you Swift, you’ll win this one too. Unlike the AMA’s, The Grammy's is actually based on talent rather than how much money their awards show can steal from people. So yeah, I am a big supporter of watching the Grammy’s. But with validity in talent comes, well, validity in prize. Blank Space is the shit though, so I’m cool with it.

Courney Barnett James Bay Sam Hunt Tori Kelly Meghan Trainor

Meghan, get the fuck out of here. You may know about key signature and shit, but Courtney Barnett is a reincarnation of Sheryl Crow and James Bay, more like James BAE. That beautiful man could make babies cry with his melodies. I’m thinking James BAE is taking the crown tonight.
