At last week’s Grammys, Kanye West came very close to pulling what can only be called a Kanye West when alternative singer–songwriter Beck beat out the legendary Beyoncé for Album of the Year. For a brief moment, it appeared that he was going to interrupt Beck on stage, a déjà vu moment from Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.
