Time to grow up and stop eating Toaster Strudels for breakfast

There are few prepackaged foods that I will tolerate, but that shit made by the Pillsbury Doughboy is definitely not one of them. There’s a better way to eat delectable cinnamon pastry, and it’s not all from scratch. Next time you’re at the grocery store, stay away from anything that includes squeezable icing and grab a can of ready-to-bake biscuits instead. This recipe for Cinnamon Swirl Rollup is one of the easiest and messiest recipes you’ll make. Tie on an apron and get ready to lick the spoon, bowl, and counter.

Ingredients: 1 package ready-to-bake biscuits 1 stick melted butter 1 ½ cup sugar 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon 4 oz cream cheese Rolling Pin

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. 2. Bust open that can of biscuits and roll out each biscuit into a flat circle. 3. On a baking sheet, lay each biscuit down, each overlapping the other by about an inch. 4. Brush biscuits with butter completely. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over each biscuit. 5. In rounded teaspoons, shape cream cheese into balls and cover with cinnamon sugar. Place in a line in the center of your biscuits. 6. Roll the biscuits around the cream cheese and into a long tube shape. 7. Brush the top with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the butter. 8. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is brown. 9. Slice in half or into little cinnamon bites and enjoy with coffee or hot coco.
