Beauty Products for People Who Are Lazy AF
Some days we convince ourselves that we have literally one million things to do, so there's no time to do makeup; in reality, we’re just lazy. If you really wanted to, you could wake up a little earlier to give yourself time to beat your face. But will you?... Probably not. Screw taking 30 minutes and precious effort to do your makeup. Embrace your inner lazy girl and with these quick and easy products that will trick everyone into thinking you tried.
Dry Shampoo
You just got home from the class, your sweaty ponytail has been stuffed under a baseball cap all day, and you have 20 minutes to get ready before you go out for the night. Dry shampoo is perfect for those days when you just can’t fit bother to squeeze a shower into your schedule. No shame, it happens to the best of us. Reach for a bottle of dry shampoo (and maybe some baby wipes) for that kinda, not really, half-showered feel. Here are some of our favorite dry shampoos:
BB Cream/ Tinted Moisturizer
BB cream is the perfect lazy girl hack for when you want the illusion of coverage, but don't have the time or effort to blend blobs of foundation onto your face. Or clean a beauty blender––no one has time for that. A great moisturizing BB cream serves as both foundation and moisturizer, giving you that natural, “woke up like this” look. Here are some great BB creams and tinted moisturizers:
Brow Gel
We’ve all come to understand the importance of eyebrows through several memes; your eyebrows basically define you. Don’t believe us? Google “celebrities without eyebrows” and reevaluate. Filling them in takes attention and precision. No thanks. It’s way easier to reach for a brow gel — it’ll to keep your eyebrows in place and on fleek, as some would say.
Powder Foundation
Like BB creams, powder foundation is the perfect substitute for when you don't want to put on foundation. When you’re having a semi-okay skin day but still look like a half-dead zombie, dab on some powder foundation to fake the appearance of having clear skin. No liquids = no stains on your sweatshirt.
Under Eye Cream
You stayed up all night three nights in a row and your eyes really show it. It’s at the point when even your professor suggests you go back to bed. The puffy dark bags underneath your eyes show no signs of leaving anytime soon, but putting on concealer takes too much effort, and we know how you are with effort. A quick fix for those raccoon eyes is an under-eye cream. It’ll brighten and tighten those pesky under eye bags and circles. These great eye creams will make you look marginally thrilled to be alive:
Vaseline
We know you’re thinking “wtf.” Trust us on this one. Vaseline is the ultimate lazy girl beauty hack. Invest in a tub now, thank us later. Put some on your eyelids for a subtle shine to look like you’re wearing eyeshadow. Dab some on your cheekbones for a slight highlight. Use it as a #juicy lip gloss. Slather it all over your body and glisten knowing you’re being the best lazy girl you can be.
